At Preworn, we want you to love your sustainable fashion finds, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for any items that don't quite fit your style. Simply ensure the original tags remain attached and the garment is in the same quality condition as when it arrived.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original Preworn tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
